What is a W-2?
A W-2 is an Internal Revenue Service tax form used in the United States to report wages paid to employees and the taxes withheld from them. Employers must complete a W-2 form for each employee to whom they pay a salary, wage, or other compensation as part of the employment relationship.
Getting your W-2
W-2 can be retrieved electronically in the ADP App. Make sure your information in ADP is up to date reflecting your current email, phone and mailing address.
Availability Dates for 2026
W-2 (electronic) – by TBA
W-2 (printed) - mailed by TBA
Note
If you have elected electronic delivery, no printed W-2 will be mailed.
If you elected printed W-2, they will be mailed once by the above-mentioned date, to the mailing address on file.
If the address has changed, or the W-2 is lost, we will only be able to share them electronically, via our secure messaging system.
